The Affair, Las Vegas’ Gay Nightclub on the Strip

There’s a new love affair with Las Vegas. The Affair Las Vegas is the best new gay nightclub to hit the Vegas scene. Since its opening night on May 5, 2013, The Affair Las Vegas has transformed the Saturday night gay club experience and brought it to the Strip. Featuring a new performance piece each Saturday, there’s no telling who or what you’ll see.

The Affair Las Vegas is an impressive 25,000 square foot multi-level nightclub and offers a non-smoking, performance-based nightlife experience. As the largest and only gay nightclub on the Las Vegas Strip, queer travelers no longer need to venture far for the ultimate club experience. Once you walk in, you’re greeted by a helpful staff and a lounge area which includes a full bar. The Affair features a two-story main room where everyone can dance the night away to state of the art sound and lighting. In the center of the dance floor stands a huge birdcage which peaks your interest and invites you to go wild. A full bar is in the main room close to all the action on the dance floor. In fact, The Affair boasts 4 bars throughout the nightclub ensuring you’ll never go thirsty. Across from the bar and dance floor are the VIP tables where attentive servers dance and pour your party drinks all night long. The upper level includes another bar, tables for VIP, and views that open onto the dance floor below. One of the best things about The Affair has to be the Strip-view terrace from the upper level. The expansive terrace has a breathtaking view like no other and faces the famed Las Vegas Strip, which is a visual treat to club goers. You’ll feel like you’re right in the middle of all action that is the Las Vegas Strip, because you are!

The location of The Affair is perfect for visitors to the Strip as well as Las Vegas locals. Located inside the Boulevard Theater across from the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino, The Affair is within walking distance of the MGM Grand, New York New York, Aria, The Cosmopolitan, and Planet Hollywood. And if you’re driving, there’s a private parking lot with over 500 free parking spaces. The dress code is casual attire and the cover charge is free for Nevada locals with ID. Non-locals can gain free entry before midnight, or pay $20 after midnight. Although the gay clubs in Vegas tend to start gaining a crowd after midnight and go till the morning sun rises. If you contact The Affair prior to your arrival, you can get on their VIP guest list to receive free entry.
